Squads, co-op and the 35-player server
Servers cap at 35 players, so a public lobby is part of your defense whether you planned for it or not. Badges stay personal — 615,739 Easy holders against 102,184 for CRAZY — so treat public clears as fast Coins and test loadouts in a small group or solo.
Alliance Tower Defense runs servers capped at 35 players, and with a verified developer group of 697,336 members there is rarely a shortage of company. Co-op changes the feel of a run far more than it changes the rules — which is exactly why it is worth understanding before you use a public server to judge a team.

What the server size actually means
A 35-player cap puts this game at the shared-server end of Roblox tower defense: not a solo experience with optional friends, but a lobby that fills. Three consequences follow.
- Other players' units are part of your defense. Coverage you did not pay for appears on the path, and it can hide gaps in your own formation.
- Badges are still personal. The Easy, Medium, Hard, Insane and CRAZY badges track your clears — 615,739 holders for Easy against 102,184 for CRAZY — so a crowded server does not soften the record.
- Public clears are weak evidence. If a loadout only works with strangers filling the lane, it has not been tested.
Solo, duo and public: what each is for
| Setup | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Public lobby | Fast Coins, seeing how others build | Team problems hidden by other players |
| Small group | Testing a loadout honestly | Wave count feels much longer |
| Solo attempt | Proving a defense works | Late waves with nothing to fall back on |

Practical co-op habits
- Read the lobby player count before you commit. A near-empty server and a full one are different games.
- Build for the lane you can see. In a crowded match the earliest path stretch is usually already covered; your value is often further along.
- Use Auto Skip as a shared-pace tool. The toggle is per-player, so a defended lane can be skipped even while the lobby argues about placement.
- Trade in the lobby, not mid-match. The Trade menu sits in the lobby's left-hand menu.
- Warn before you move a unit into someone's coverage. Overlapping placement wastes match cash you both paid for.
The social layer around the game
The developer group MrUpTime's Games carries a verified badge on Roblox and lists 697,336 members, which makes it the largest official gathering point for the game. The group page is also where the studio would post announcements between patches — the in-game Update Log panel already shows named entries such as Update 2 and Party Event.
There is no Discord invite in the official Roblox description, so nothing here points at one. If you find one, treat it as unofficial until the developer links it.
Does the site have a Discord?
No. This site is a written guide and nothing else — no server, no account, no sign-in. Corrections and questions go to the contact page.
